1. Explain the theoretical underpinnings of different evaluation philosophies and methodologies.
2. Critically analyze current trends and issues in evaluation theory and practice.
3. Understand the ethical complexities involved in conducting evaluations.
4. Critically evaluate existing evaluations for strengths and weaknesses.
5. Apply evaluation concepts to a real-world project.
6. Interpret data using quantitative and qualitative data.
7. Advocate for evidence-based decision-making through effective evaluation practice.
