Kabiru, 34, Nigerian, is a pharmacist by qualification from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria who later obtained a dual degree, Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain and Project Management. As a public health practitioner from the outset, Kabiru worked with a number of international non-governmental organizations namely: Howard University-Pharmacists and Continuing Education Center (HUPACE) during internship; Family Health International (fhi360) as pharmacy specialist representing Kebbi State Ministry in the Joint State Implementation Team (JSIT); John Snow, Inc as logistics advisor; Management Sciences for Health as Supply Chain Management System Specialist; and Axios Foundation Nigeria as the State Logistics Coordinator for the Nigerian Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health Programme, Phase II (MNCH2). While practicing in public health setting, Kabiru has three peer-reviewed publications to his credit and prior to that had published three books including the famous "Pharmacy Education & Information Technology in the 21st Century". Kabiru's drive towards a doctorate in public health is born out of necessity due to front-line roles he plays in public health setting across Nigeria and his research-driven service delivery. The DIPH at Euclid University came at no better than now in achieving life-long professional ambition.
